Rescheduling & Cancellations
Free Changes: You can make changes to your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Late Changes: For changes made within 24 hours, a Late Change Fee of $75 or 25% of the booking (whichever is greater) may apply.
No-Show / Lock-Out: If we’re unable to access the property within 20 minutes of arrival, a Lock-Out Fee of $95 or 35% of the booking (whichever is greater) may apply.
