1. Overview

Welcome to Casa Cleaners ("Company," "we," "our," or "us" / C&B Cleaning NY LLC). By using our website at casacleaners.us or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

We operate as a platform connecting clients with independent cleaning professionals serving residential and commercial properties across the Hamptons — from the Moriches to Montauk.

2. Independent Contractor Relationship

All cleaning professionals who perform services through Casa Cleaners are independent contractors, not employees of Casa Cleaners or C&B Cleaning NY LLC. We do not supervise, direct, or control the methods or manner of work performed. Casa Cleaners acts solely as a booking and coordination platform on your behalf.

3. Booking & Payment Authorization

By completing a booking, you agree to provide a valid payment method, authorize charges following service completion, and consent to secure storage of your payment information on file. Please note that cleaners do not accept payment directly. Do not pay cleaners in cash or through personal payment applications.

4. Pricing & Service Scope

Pricing is determined based on property size, condition at time of service, and selected service type. Additional charges may apply for excessive soiling, hazardous conditions, or requested add-on services. All pricing will be communicated prior to confirmation.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 24 or more hours notice: No cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours notice: $80 cancellation fee
• Same-day cancellation or no-show: Up to the full service charge

6. Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time, as well as working utilities including water and electricity. Failure to provide access may result in cancellation fees as outlined above.

7. Damages & Claims

Any damage believed to have occurred during a cleaning must be reported within 24 hours of service completion, with supporting photographs and a written description. Casa Cleaners will coordinate with the independent contractor involved to facilitate resolution. Casa Cleaners is not directly liable for damages but will make reasonable efforts to assist in the claims process.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under New York State law, Casa Cleaners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services rendered. Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or services rendered shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of New York. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
