Payment is processed following service completion. A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking for authorization purposes only — no charge is made until after your service is complete, unless otherwise specified.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases of verified service failure or significant service deficiency. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on the nature of the complaint. All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion with supporting documentation.
